   Always a great meal, Chris is a wonderful waiter is recommend folks as for him..... And for desert if you want the Apple tart with ice cream, request it a day or two before your reservations.

   Service was amazing. Our waitress was fantastic. We went for our 3rd wedding aniversary the food great. We got a Cesar salad, shrimp cocktail appetizer, NY strip Oscar style, Filet w/crab meat, potatoes au gratin, creamed spinach and garlic whipped potatoes. We also had 3 cocktails in total, which brought our bill to $315 before tip. Which I thought was fair for an upscale steakhouse. Our waitress was wonderful, I am only writing this review for her to receive some sort of compliment. I can not recall her name, but she was from the middle of West Virginia, which I think will help narrow this down.

   My wife and I’s first time at Ruth Chris. Although I usually don’t prefer higher-end dining, everything here was perfect. Our server, Chris, was amazing. Very down to earth. He made us feel comfortable right away and gave great recommendations (spicy shrimp appetizer and sweet potato casserole are game changers). All 5’s across the board. We’ll definitely be returning!

   Excellent meal. My wife had shrimp and crab cakes. I had ahi tuna and lamb chops. We shared a potato side dish. Best chops I've had in years. A great evening.

   It was fine. Not the upscale dining experience I am accustomed to at other Ruth's Chris locations, but ok. Server was very nice....but overall it was merely average. Certainly not a great value tonight. My date mentioned smelling marijuana....didn't expect that.

   I can’t blame the server, she did what she could but the food took quite a while to come out. When it did, our sides came out before our steaks. The table beside us ordered after us and received their steaks before us and never got their salads or appetizers. When I mentioned it to our server she stated that it was odd and she would send the manager over. He talked to the table beside us but never us. The men’s bathroom had wallpaper coming off of the wall and someone had taken a desktop stapler and tried to staple it back up. We were constantly told the staff was overwhelmed from valentines the night before. We have frequented other high end restaurants in the Columbus area and were disappointed in the overall experience of Ruth’s Chris. It showed that they were a chain restaurant tonight in their service, food, and overall appeal.

    Arrived early and sat at the bar thinking it would be faster and it wasn't. My steak was clearly over cooked and my girlfriends steak was a little undercooked. Mash were very watery and seemed more like instant. They took off the asparagus because it was so burnt we couldn't eat it.
