The manager was very good. Robert came to our table and asked if everything was going well which I liked. The only thing I didn’t like is our table was really small. I’m a bigger guy our waiter. Nick was really cool down to earth and I enjoy talking to him. This is the second time me and my wife. I went out to dinner to Ruth Chris and I’m sure we’ll go again.

The steak and service was great. The other food we got like mashed potatoes, asparagus, bread, lobster tail ws good, but I've had better and food help seemed like it had been stitting out for a little bit. I was hoping it was hotter and fresher. The lobster tail was 10 oz, $21, and seemed like it was dry and over cooked. The manager came out and asked how was everything and I said good, but should have complained. Service is good and everything was nice. Loved the table we got and I got rose petals on the table and a rose which was a nice touch. Didn't wait long for a table or service. But for the money we spent which was almost $200, no appetizers, 1 coke, no dessert, not worth it. The cowboy ribeye was the best meat ever, but so expensive and didn't come with any sides. Probably won't come again, unless there's special going on or someone else pays for it.

It was probably one of the busiest dining evenings of the year (Valentine's Day). The staff was perfect. The meal was fabulous. I was impressed that the upstairs manager spoke with us and even took our drink order.

The quality of food this time around was Sub Par. The Tomahawk was overcooked and just taste burnt as well as the baked potato was dry. The lobster Mac was excellent.

Our server, Alex, had to have been the best part of our dining experience. He was very kind, genuine and provided excellent service. The food, however, was sub par. The complimentary bread was cold and tasteless. We ordered the calamari, which had an orange glaze and bell peppers. It reminded us of orange chicken at a Chinese restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon with lobster tail. The filet tasted like a pot roast and had zero seasoning. The lobster tail was the best thing I had all night. Overall, I was very disappointed with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Spent a pretty penny on food that didn’t deserve it. Save your money, get a more enjoyable steak somewhere else.

Decent steaks but horrible service. We tell the server we do not want bread, and she brings water and bread. She brings out cold coffee, and we have to wait 20 minutes to get hot coffee. When she brings out hot coffee, she comes back and warms our cups up with....guess what?...cold coffee again. I ask for a snifter of hot premium cognac, and she brings me the cognac in an ice-cold snifter with a rocks glass underneath it with water that is luke warm, and somehow that is going to warm up my cognac??? This is without question the worst Ruth's Chris in the US. For $125-$200 a plate you would expect reasonable service. I said I would try this restaurant one more time after two very bad experiences in the past year, and this was the final straw. The meal for two was $375 less gratuity, and neither of us had a salad or dessert, and two drinks each. I wish I knew who ran this company so that I could tell them to come out and experience what I can only describe as their chain's worst franchise by a mile!!!!
