    Jesse was great waiter and helped to make it a perfect Valentine’s dinner. Food superb as always. Loved the featured Cabernet. My only negative had not at all to do with this lovely restaurant, but with several of the customers. It was a Saturday evening on a festive weekend in a very upscale elegant restaurant. We were shocked to see way too many customers, who paid a pretty penny for meals, wearing well-worn sweatshirts with distressed jeans and sneakers. They looked like they were going on a picnic. Customers of ALL ages!

    The place is very nice and wonderful food. Our waiter Kyle was very attentive and through out our time there kept asking us if we needed anything else. The food was perfect !!

    We had an excellent time, great food great service we will be back! Steaks cooked to perfection, my husband said his ribeye was the best he'd ever had. Get the brussels sprouts!

    My partner and I went for Valentine’s Day. The service was outstanding, but the cuts of meat were subpar and fatty, and the entire meal had a feel that the cooking was rushed. We have been there before, and I definitely felt that the quality of the food was sacrificed to push through more tables for Valentine’s Day.

    Amanda was an amazing server!! She showed genuine interest and did not rush us even though it was a busy evening. And she should definitely change her name (she knows what that means).

    We had a very pleasant Valentine dinner at Ruth’s Chris. We were seated promptly and had a great quiet table. Our wait server, Kennedy was pleasant and efficient. She came by several times to check on our meal.

    We had yet another great experience at Ruth’s Chris in Albany! Adam, our server, was great and attentive. The food was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
