The assortment of breakfast items, fresh seafood, and hearty main courses left everyone satisfied. The January Carribean theme included several interesting selections, my favorites were the roasted salmon & scallops with coconut curry butter and the Jamaican braised oxtail with mashed yuca. We look forward to this delicious brunch every year!
