   Our family visits the Inner Harbor every year for a Valentines weekend getaway. This year we decided to try the Rusty Scupper for dinner and we’re very happy we did. The food was excellent. The service was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The harbor views were wonderful. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

   The food was pretty good. The only thing I would advise them to do is to have a better choice of loose leaf teas instead of the Americanized 'tea bags' that can be found in any cheap bodega. Also, the string beans were a little over-cooked but season appropriately.

   Valentine’s Day had a set menu. Jumbo shrimp and Half and Half crab soup were amazing as appetizers.

   It was awful. They smothered my entire meal in gravy because it came with mashed potatoes. I got the filet with a crab cake side. When I asked them to bag up our desserts since we were ready to leave, they also bagged the wrong desserts for us. In top of that, it was not worth the money. A shame since it used to be one of my favorite places to go.

   Restaurant Review: Rusty Scupper – Baltimore, MD (Inner Harbor) My wife and I recently visited Rusty Scupper for the first time on Valentine’s Day, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Service & Atmosphere I had made a 7:30 PM reservation, and we arrived at 7:28 PM. After checking in at the front desk, we walked upstairs, and within 20 seconds, our name was called. The seating process was smooth and well-organized, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Food & Drinks Due to the holiday, the restaurant had a set menu. I ordered the lobster tail, while my wife opted for the lobster tail with an added crab cake. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were outstanding. The drinks complemented our meal perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Final Thoughts Rusty Scupper delivered excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier seafood. It has definitely earned a spot on my list of restaurants to return to. If you’re looking for a great waterfront dining experience in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, this place is a must-visit. Rating: 5/5 – Highly Recommended!

    Would go back, but not for Valentines Day. I had to choose from a fixed menu, and unfortunately, I was not too happy with that. They were trying to maximize the space, and due to the seating set up, I felt like my table was in the way. Waiters and customers were passing by and hitting my chair every time they walked by, it was very uncomfortable.
