   Very nice, cool place. No vegan options though but my dining partner had some beautiful carrots with her meat dish. I don’t know how noise level gets graded in the first part of the survey but it was hard to hear and I had to lean across the table to hear my friend. And it wasn’t crowded at lunchtime.

   I have been here several times and I am never disappointed. The gluten free and vegetarian options are plentiful. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. We started with the Brussel sprouts and chicken wings and both were delicious and tasty. Then we had the Mediterranean salad, Turchetti with shrimp. The portion was huge. The shrimp were large too and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries were crispy just the way I like them. I will be back!

   Our server was wonderful as were the hostess staff and server support staff. The steak sandwich was tasty but steak was too thick to eat on/as a sandwich. Would’ve enjoyed much more had it been sliced differently. Crab cakes and mushroom spring rolls as well as the chocolate dessert were thoroughly enjoyable. Truffle fries as a side were absolutely delicious but as a side dish overpriced at $15. Server made the dinner a nice evening. She was wonderful.

   Short ribs over polenta outstanding. Finding good polenta outside of northern italy is almost impossible. Rustic root nails it.

   Overall really good experience & will definitely be back. What was good: Crispy artichoke appetizer was fantastic could truly eat that every day Mussels were delicious & a really nice size Short rib was excellent though 2 people at our table ordered it and the portion size was very inconsistent Cocktails were great Pumpkin cheesecake was unbelievable What wasn’t good: Parm truffle fries were pretty bad. Soggy, hardly any truffle flavor, even the parm was bland. Just not good Service was okay, waitress had to come back ask what we ordered multiple times, wasn’t the friendliest No specials which I thought was odd for farm to table

   Another fantastic meal, as always, with fantastic service at Rustic Root. First, I'd like to shout out to Fatima, our beautiful and wonderful server, who gave great suggestions, great service, and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We look forward to seeing Fatima again! Now for the food: Crispy Brussel Sprouts - Perfect Garden Salad to share: So fresh and tasty Paccheri: A pasta with ground beef and sausage - A best ever tasty entree! Torchietti: Another pasta, with chicken, zuchinni and roasted tomatoes in a delicious garlic sauce. Amazingly delicious. Dessert: Well we had no room left , but the pumpkin cheesecake sounded so delicious we ordered one to go!! We finished with a cup of hot coffee each. This was a perfect dinner, a perfect evening, and made even more perfect by the wonderful Fatima. We're looking forward to returning!!

   Always exciting new dishes to choose from on their seasonally changing menu with a great drink menu to complement the food. All this with a great attentive waitstaff. We’ll be back again soon!
