Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests.     A lunch date to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary while finishing up some Christmas shopping at Avalon. As always, the food was amazing and our server, Sasha, was incredible!

    Lamb Rack, Salmon, lamb Hummus. Everything is on point! Hands down our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. Flavorful and consistent, never misses.

    Rumi’s is one of our favorites. We have been coming here for the last 7 years for celebrations and just with friends. Always outstanding food, smth that’s very difficult to find - the consistency, everything we order always tastes great. It was our daughter’ birthday celebration and GM Artie Kamarthie went above and beyond to make it a special experience. Their service is also a top notch!

    We loved the food and design of the restaurant. We just didn’t love having a table in the bar area after making a reservation on open table.

    Food was fantastic Service was great only reason for four stars is that we had a reservation for 7pm and we’re not seated until after 730. There were several parties who got there after we checked in and were seated before us. We understand it’s crazy busy this time of year. But I would be prepared to wait and have a reservation

    As always the food and the service is exceptional. A little difficult to carry on a conversation due to noise level. A must go to restaurant!
