Welcome to Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs! The premier Sandy Springs location for Persian Cuisine. Owner and Head Chef Ali Mesghali’s unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons for over 20 years. His previous restaurant, Persepolis, was a Sandy Springs favorite.

Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

    Excellent food & service as usual. We come here for Christmas dinner & a few times through the year. The food & service are always top notch. The only minor negatives that I can come up with are that the parking is tough when the restaurant is crowded, & the bathroom lines can be long.

    Rumi’s is a favorite of mine. Tonight (Christmas day evening so very busy) my Cornish hen was a bit undercooked. The staff and manager corrected it immediately. Jude and Gabriella the bartenders were wonderful and deserve an extra gift for the holidays besides my 25% tip lol

    Rumi’s has been a long time favorite. No doubt Christmas is a busy day and tough for a restaurant, but twice our meal came or wrong or undercooked. Rather than try a 3rd time we left without having Christmas dinner. Throughout our time there, I saw a massive amount of too go orders and believe the kitchen was overwhelmed. I’ve never had such a bad experience as Christmas afternoon. Not to mention the woman sitting at the bar clearly with mental health issues and not addressed by management.

    My first time dining at Rumi's and the vibe was awesome for Xmas! But what really made it special was our waiter, Jonathan. He is a true asset to Rumi's. He gave us the best dining experience. He explained every dish. He recommended some awesome pairings for our meal. Again, Happy Holidays Jonathan. You made our holiday special. See ya next time.

    Let me start off, saying the experience is based solely off of Christmas Day. The restaurant was extremely packed. Arrived 2:35pm reservation 2:45pm seated around 3:05pm. Our waiter James did great job and thanked me and my fiancé for our patient. Food came out in a timely manner enjoy dinner. Dessert was nice. Also, all in all we will return.

    Carlos was our server and he was amazing!! It was extremely busy but he was so attentive and accommodating. This was our first time eating at a restaurant on Christmas Day and it won’t be the last! We love Rumi’s. ❤️
