My Eggplant Parmesan was barley warm which tells me it was not freshly cooked and my wife's chicken parmesan was overcooked, tough and hard to even cut. We would never go back again and especially considering their prices versus the quality. Service was good though.

                                                                                                        RPM IS A LIVELY ATMOSPHERE AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. THE WINE SELECTION IS GOOD AND THE COCKTAILS ARE GENEROUSLY POURED. THERE WERE FOUR PEOPLE IN MY PARTY AND THREE OUT OF FOUR RATED THEIR ENTREES (BRONZINO, LAMB, SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS) A “9” or “10”. I HAD THE CHICKEN PARM THAT I WOULD RATE A “5”. THE CHICKEN WAS ON THE DRY SIDE. OVERALL, IT IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR A FUN NIGHT OUT.

Wonderful and they need 10 more like him. Food was amazing, I'll be craving the truffle bread and Arancini until I come back. The short Rib Bolognese was amazing and my fiance got the carbonara and that was amazing...I may have to set another reservation after writing this!

                                                                                                        Went on a Monday right when the restaurant opened. Was quickly seated and provided menus. Had to ask for the weekday prix fixe lunch menu which we did order from. The timing of the courses was terrific and so was the food. The server kept our beverages full. Was a great experience and would definitely return.

Honestly, this is the 3rd disappointing experience at RPM Italian Las Vegas and as such we will not be coming back. No comparison to the incredible experiences in Chicago.
