   The service and the prim rib were beyond amazing, but the Brussels sprouts left a bad taste in my mouth. They were undercooked and had a strange taste. My wife ate 1 and I gave it ye good ol’ college try, eating 3 before the disgust set in.

   Server was very nice and attentive. Food was underwhelming. Bread was literally right out of the bag. It was disappointing for a higher end restaurant. French onion soup was gross at best. There was no cheese top and the broth was acid like. Steak was cooked under and had no flavoring. Asparagus was on point. Mashed potatoes had no flavoring. Ordered blueberry cobbler cheesecake for dessert. It was described as a cheesecake with a blueberry cobbler crust. What I got was a defrosted blueberry cheesecake with a doughy crust. It was definitely store bought and not hand made. Overall the food lacked any flavor and was underwhelming for a high end steak house.

   I would not consider Roxy to be an upscale restaurant so manage expectations appropriately. It was fine and the server was very friendly but it seems that there is a little more training from management needed. There were some little things like pouring a higher end wine (Silver Oak) without ensuring it's not corked and overfilling the wine glass that is odd at these prices. But worst is that my wife asked for a medium rare steak and I asked for rare and they came out the same medium well temps. It was all fine and perhaps what we should have expected but still disappointing.

   The menu and price want to be an upscale restaurant, but the food and atmosphere are just okay. Most of the food lacked flavor and diners were wearing baseball caps and crocs. It would have been an okay meal but for almost $200 for two, it was not at that caliber in my opinion.

   I had the filet. Asked for medium rare. Came as medium. The other 3 meals were as ordered. This was second time I have had the same over cooked filet.

   Had the fried ravioli, wedge salad, prime rib, asparagus, and gouda baked potato. Everything was delicious. Service was great.

   Our waitress was good, atmosphere nice...the food was average for a high end steakhouse. Delmonico steak was tough, but cooked well, skip the marsala chicken, way over salted and gravy was some thick, congealed, brown beef type gravy and my husband's trout was good, but the "crab" stuffing was not. The calamari appetizer was a generous portion, beautifully presented but breading was heavy/thick. We will give Roxys another try though as it was our first time there.

   Had NY Strip, was OK. Was on the dry side. Taste was just OK. Also had fettuccine shrimp Alfredo; bland and lacked Alfredo sauce. Great service, food was just OK.
