Disappointing Italian Experience 1/5 stars Unfortunately, our recent dinner at this restaurant fell short of expectations. My friend's Pesto Penne was lacking in both portion size and flavor, with barely enough pesto to taste. My Eggplant Parmesan was equally disappointing. The eggplant slice was paper-thin and over-battered, served with a dull, uninspired dollop of marinara on spaghetti. Overall, our meals lacked flavor and substance. Sadly, we won't be returning. Not Recommended

In town for a conference, sat at the bar with my colleague and had a great evening! Great service, very solid Italian wine list, fresh calamari, great chicken Parmesan and carbonara pasta dishes. Nice ambience as well.

Visited DC for 5 days and the food did not disappoint anywhere we went! Resemarino D'Italia was delicious authentic Italian food! I highly recommend!

More a bar than a restaurant. Extortionate prices for glasses of wine ($14) and folks wonder why the hospitality sector is suffering. So, say, 6 glasses per bottle that can be bought for $12 = a massive 700% markup! Carbonara was Ok but far too creamy. Sea food rosamarino was Ok but obviously used frozen rather than fresh. Service Ok but peremptory. Ambiance, pretty poor. Cost - exhorbitant Will not revisit

Second time eating here. Excellent cocktails. Food nicely prepared. Service is attentive and professional without being intrusive. I had the chicken Marsala which was cooked perfectly. The sauce was light and not at all cloying as can happen with less careful preparation. The Caesar salad was also delicious and the sautéed spinach was perfectly done with just a bit of garlic and not overloaded with it.
