A Rare Steakhouse, Well Done.

Rosebud Steakhouse prides itself in creating a true Chicago steakhouse experience for all of its guests. We offer superior quality, dry and wet aged cuts that are locally sourced by Linz Heritage Angus Beef. Visit our original location on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, our Indiana location in Munster, and soon, our first restaurant in Texas located in Southlake, Tx.

Rosebud Steakhouse in Wheeling IS NOT part of the Rosebud Restaurant Group, consequently we do not honor Rosebud Gift Card (similar to the ones from COSTCO). We are part of the CHC RESTAURANT group, and our Gift Cards can be used at any of our restaurants, including Rosebud Steakhouse on Magnificent Mile, Rosebud Steakhouse in Centennial Village, Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse in both Libertyville, IL and Crown Point, IN, and soon to come, Windy City Social in Munster, and Rosebud Steakhouse in Dallas, TX. Truthfully more stars are needed here! It's way more than 5! An exceptional experience all around from the warm greeting on arrival from both the manager Andrea and our server Silvio. The food was exceptional in every way. Have never tasted better beef. Had not expected that level of experience and we are so glad to have found it!

Excellent food. They are still new and you can tell that most of the server staff is still learning how to work in a find dining establishment. Just little things that experienced staff does. However, I will definitely go again!

We celebrated 48 years of marriage at the Wheeling, IL, Rosebud restaurant. Joe, the maitre'D, and Salvino, our server, along with the staff, made us feel very welcome. Our steak dinners were delicious and made just how we wanted them. Side portions are great for two to share, and we loved that. Most of all, we appreciated the special dessert in honor of our anniversary. We look forward to returning in the future.

Service was excellent - from the hostess at the front desk to our server, Jessica! There were just a few minor issues with the food items we ordered - gravy on Brick Chicken - didn't like and had to scrape off. Also the chef(s) had a heavy hand with the salt seasonings on the Skirt Steak and, to my surprise, the amount of salt I tasted in our dessert (Butter Cake) was a bit overwhelming. However, we will come back again as the "pluses" outweighed the "negatives." Rosebud Steakhouse is a nice addition to our area!!
