    Very crowded for xmas dinner. Food was delicious. So much better than the previous owners. Steaks first rate. Wine list is great and not outrageously priced. Lucky enough to have had Chris as a waiter. He’s outstanding. Knowledgeable and didn’t rush us.

    From the food to the service, our experience was top notch. Jay was our server. His knowledge of the menu was so helpful and his service was exceptional. He made our Christmas Eve dinner with friends a memorable one. We will definitely be back to Chicago and the Rosebud in the very near future.

    This is one of the best experiences in Chicago steakhouses. Forget the big brands names. The service is outstanding. The best skirt steak I’ve ever have —flat out. They have a seared tuna appetizer ,also the best! This is like being at home. No rush— relaxed and true personal experience. Don’t miss this Gem. You will absolutely be thrilled you did its old school charm.
