   The cocktails are amazing - you legitimately cannot go wrong with any drink off their “numbered” menu. The food had an appealing presentation and were exactly what you hope for.

   A Must-Visit Spot! Rose Gosé is a true gem. The food is creative and delicious, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Their signature rosé and curated wine list are exceptional.    Lovely casually elegant European restaurant. The cocktails were fun, and we loved the mussels with cream sauce and bread to dip in. The ice-cream with warm brownie dessert was yummy too. We fell like this place will get crowded soon, so go soon while it’s still undiscovered.

   The food is excellent. Nice, quiet laid back neighborhood place with great food at a good price. We had 7 people and they all enjoyed their selections.

   Servers, staff and bartender at one point were ALL on their cell phones - husband had to get out of his chair to ask question. I told the waitress I had a pine nut allergy but she didn’t tell me the appetizer I ordered had pine nuts in it! Btw the menu didn’t note pine nuts were in the recipe either. I also expected the waitress to ask if we wanted coffee or dessert after dinner but instead just brought us our check. The restaurant was nearly empty so a lack of time was not the issue - it was basic awareness. Do better!

   We made a reservations for Georgian cuisine dinner. By the time we arrived, they already ran out of 1 item on the menu, which was disappointing. Otherwise everything else we were served tasted amazing. They also messed up with our kids’ food. We ordered meat balls with pasta for kids and it took ages to get that delivered to our table. Some time later our waiter approached and said he apologized because unfortunately our kids’ order were delivered to another table and he had to reorder it once again. As an apology he took this item off our bill, which was a nice gesture. We really appreciated it. Things happen and it’s okay. We still like this place and will definitely come back.

   From the moment you walk in, you feel like you have stepped into a eastern Europe. The service is warm and gracious yet not overly pretentious. The food was exceptional: the kimchi olives, mushroom beef tartare, pumpkin squash, poke bowl, pasta carbonara, Moules Avec Frites red and white, the cauliflower and hamburger. The food felt like each dish was made with care and everything was fresh and delicately balanced. The ingredients were used to make the dishes shine instead of overthinking or overpowering things. It felt like a revelation with all of the bells and whistles we usually see around Austin. The cocktails were insanely good too. Number 6 and number 10 were favorites. The restaurant was packed and though not staffed too heavily, they handled everything with ease and grace. You will have to ask for someone’s attention to get the check, but if you visit Europe, this is the way its done there- they don’t want to rush you out. This is a gem of a restaurant, lots of options on the menu, and we can’t wait to go back! I would definitely recommend a reservation.
