OPENING FALL 2024. Rooster's Wood-fired Kitchen is thrilled for its first expansion since 2012, opening at The Bowl at Ballantyne with more than 30 years of culinary tradition and craftsmanship under its belt. Rooster's is known for elevated simplicity with dishes that allow seasonal, often locally sourced ingredients to shine. With this location, Rooster's debuts a refreshed approach to interior design with a nod to the outdoors and the recreation of fly fishing. Wonderful experience on Rooster’s opening weekend. Great wine selection, atmosphere, food and service. Our server Allyson was outstanding and a welcome visit to our table from manager Joey. We’re already booked for two upcoming visits. Welcome to Ballantyne!!!
