North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.

Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. We then take all the time necessary to develop their flavors —using both European and modern techniques—always working from scratch.

Our menu features tried and true staples like our spit­-roasted chicken cooked over open fire as well as progressive daily​ specials and elevated Small Plates featuring Executive Chef Brad Pennell. At Rooster’s, you’ll always find something new served with an honest commitment and consistently warm care.

    This place is so special for my daughter and me. We try to get to Rooster’s as a treat on school breaks, girls day out’s and other celebratory moments. The hostess is always so welcoming and kind. She is one of the reasons we love the place so much. The food and drinks are outstanding as well.

    Thank you accommodating the extension of our party at the last minute. I truly appreciate the graciousness you displayed. We’ve been faithful patrons of Nobles. You’ve served as an indelible backdrop to birthdays, graduations, and other occasions. It felt so fitting to honor my mother’s memory there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

    We had a wonderful holiday brunch today!!!! Our waitress was fun, our meals were delicious and the Roosters team was engaging and hospitality. We will certainly go back again!

    it was my husbands birthday, the waiter walked up to our table with a smile and she said well happy birthday to you, that made my night, the food was amazing the NY strip is my favorite, they gave him a FREE dessert at the end with a candle!! everything was perfect!! one of my favorite restaurant!!! Thank you so much for making our night so special and perfect!!!
