Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights. With an always-evolving menu & eclectic beverage program, it's perfect for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new ingredients and who expect high attention to service.

We offer 2 different reservation options each evening, seats at one of our tables or at our kitchen counter, barstools that overlook the kitchen. The full menu, including tasting, is available anywhere within the restaurant.

    Brunch was a delicious experience! The chilaquiles will be dreamt about forever. The char on the octopus tartine was perfection. The service was on point and the DJ had the place vibing. Definitely will be back for the next brunch series.

    Rooster & the Till wrapped up their Winter Brunch series with another unforgettable spread. As always, the experience was exceptional, service was top notch and every bite was incredibly flavorful. Standouts from the Menu: • Octopus Tartine – Chargrilled to perfection with a smoky romesco and fresh cilantro on sourdough. A bold and satisfying start. • Chili Crab Omelette – Delicate yet rich, with soft shell crab and a bright garlic tomato sauce. • Pork Belly Benny – A creative twist on a classic, featuring candied pork belly, kimchi, and a perfectly fried egg over a velvety béchamel. • Jamaican Jerk Chicken Thigh – My personal favorite of the meal. Perfectly seasoned with a bold jerk rub, paired with furikake rice, callaloo sauce, and sweet maduros — a complete flavor journey. • Pastries – The Yuzu & Orange Cream Cronut was light and zesty, while the White Chocolate & Guava Chocolatine was rich and flaky. Drinks were just as thoughtful: • Cold Brew with Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream — smooth and subtly boozy. • Guava Mojito — refreshingly tropical with Santa Teresa 1796 rum. • Açai Berry Bowl Cocktail — fruity, fun, and brunch-appropriate with a granola garnish twist. Rooster continues to deliver some of the most inventive and satisfying brunches in Tampa. Can’t wait to see what they bring for their next brunch series.

    Always welcomed by name by Chef Ferrell and GM Karlyn making it feel like home when dining in these conditions, with food that you can easily see is made from the heart. The balanced complexity, and complimentary flavors with textures as equally diverse. 10/10 best meal there yet.

    We tried 5 dishes (served family style in portions based on your party. Mine was two people)- the beets, tortellini, chicken and waffles, pappardelle and gnocchi. The beets were my favorite of them all. I felt that the pastas, while beautifully presented, missed and had too much acid. The balance was off on all three. None of the dishes made me say I want to come back. And I think you can find better dishes for $180. They were all just good (except for the beets), which were great.

    We had an excellent meal. We went to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and the service was phenomenal. They even gave my girlfriend a card for her birthday which was a very classy touch. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
