We arrived 20 minutes early for our 8:00 reservations to an almost empty restaurant. After waiting more than 5 minutes while the staff was standing around. When we were finally greeted we were told that we couldn’t check in before our reservation time, so we would have to wait 15 min when there was maybe 15 tables empty. I had never heard of being told to wait if tables were available. When I asked for the manager a girl came over and told us the same thing. She said she was busy serving her tables. At this point we just left as the incompetence of the manager (I would hope she wasn’t the manager) was unbelievable.

Great place! The restaurant was neat and clean and the staff was pleasant and helped with making recommendations. still love that they write on the paper on the table!

I worked at Macaroni Grill in high school and thought it would be fun to take my daughter for her 6th birthday as she wanted to be sung too and I know that's a thing at Mac Grill. The restaurant looked like I remembered it and staff was friendly but the reason for only 3 stars on a few was the service was soooo sloow. It took forever to get our order in and food took awhile as well. We had younger kids with us and hadn't planned on spending so much time there. The food was decent, not outstanding but not bad.

Our order was cooked to perfection and the service by Robert H was really outstanding. Not only was he very friendly but also attentive and did an excellent job in taking care of my table!
