Food and drinks always taste good, but continual bad service. Took 30 min for the first round of drinks, tried to get a second and couldn’t find the server til our food came out. Ordered another one and didn’t get it until our food was done. Asked for a box waited 20 more minutes. Had to ask for water, silverware to eat our food. The service is definitely the worst part of the this place.

It was too noisy and super crowded...so crowded that we couldn't hear each other at all. The service was very slow as well, and the food was nothing great. It's truly an average restaurant. Very disappointed.

This was our first time at Rocco Taco’s. The experience was great and the food excellent. It is a fun atmosphere and the fresh made guacamole is delicious.

The service and the food was great. We loved the guacamole, queso fundido, and the fish tacos. It is just a super loud place.

Food: Amazing. Love, love , love the queso. Ordered the steak tacos platter with the flour tortillas. So great!! Always yummy. Drinks were made well and the mixed properly. Not watered down. Service: Our server Noeli ( Sorry, unsure of how to spell her name,) was absolutely AMAZING. It was Valentine’s Day weekend but we did not feel like it was at all. She was extremely communicative and very prompt. We have not experienced service this great in quite some time! Absolutely phenomenal. She deserves to be a manager and train new servers in how to execute amazing service regardless of a busy environment. Ambiance: Valentine’s Day weekend. Very busy. There was a bit of a wait even with reservations but it was lovely. There was a DJ on site and it was a great vibe.

Great Mexican restaurant that has an option to make fresh guacamole right at your table side. May have been the best chorizo tacos that I ever had. Great atmosphere and if seated in the right place, you get a view of a lake. Only reason that I didn’t give it a 5 is because of a system error with their computer system that resulted in our meal being delayed. Our server Max was very good and he explained our problem to his manager. Therefore our guacamole was taken off our bill.

Went for Valentine’s Day with a reservation . Had to wait still and got seated in the middle of restaurant when I requested a view on porch before upon confirming reservation. They said they could not move us or it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait . Ruined the whole experience and ended packing food up and leaving . Sorry to say won’t be returning to this restaurant.

Rocco's is always great. That said, we have a gluten allergy and the kitchen allowed flour tortillas out. The server got it right. The kitchen screwed up royally. Rocco's is gluten-friendly, but you need to BE CAREFUL.
