We traveled from rural NSW for my husbands 40th Birthday. The staff were unbelievable, so helpful, we had a cake delivered and stored in the cool room, one guest had food intolerances and they worked around that for us. Easily the best restaurant we’ve been to, and food was amazing! Everyone had an excellent night - thank you.

We visit there first time. It's our travel time in Australia. I went to there with my husband 22 feb 2025 Foods, staff, atmosphere, service.. everything was great as review. We are Japanese so we were afraid of being discriminated but all staff are so kind and cared about us so sincerely. Their service was really really great. Top of Sydney!! Thank you so much and I'd like to go again.

Burger was great. Fries delicious. Jambalaya was not to my liking. Spicers were off, veggies weren’t cut up and were hard and the seafood wasn’t great. Service was excellent!! Meat platters looked and smelled amazing. I’d try again

Waitress, bartender, and manager were all very accommodating to my family’s needs with a toddler. All kind and patient. Wagu burger was amazing. Keep thinking about going back for another!

Best burger I have ever eaten and I have traveled all over. From the initial greeting and seating to the chef coming out to check on us and our food, all was an excellent experience!

Looking for somewhere to have dinner on a Sunday night in the city and found Roast Republic. The host directed us to the Texan BBQ Board with a side of beef short ribs for the 4 of us. It did not disappoint - A variety of meats that all tasted so differently and so delicious. Too full for desserts and we didn't touch the chips that were o nthe boards either.
