Made a reservation for the Fall Afternoon Tea for 2. When I arrived at the Roam the person told me they don't do Afternoon Tea without a day's notice. Several things: 1) The reservation made absolute ZERO mention of need to made a day in advance to do the Afternoon Tea for 2 2) If that is the case, making reservations the day of for the Afternoon Tea for 2 should not even be available. 3) After informing us, the person at front didn't seem like they remotely cared at all and didn't offer to seat us for their regular menu. I think me spontaneously combusting would have been the only action that would have elicited a reaction from them at that point. You're better off going to Sarisa Cafe for Afternoon Tea where the vibes and ambiance are miles ahead of Roam.
