   I booked for a New Years dinner a month in advance. When I received my confirmation phone call the Women on the phone told me I wouldn’t be getting a window seat due to how busy they were going to be. Well I’m gonna post a picture because there was barely 10 people in the restaurant and they still didn’t seat me by the window after there was multiple spots! Making my partner and I feel like as if our reservation was an inconvenience! Next the bar tenders left an elderly couple standing in the middle of the restaurant without even acknowledging them but the bar tenders had no problem walking past the elderly couple and seating the young couple that had sweat pants and jeans on ( breaking your dress code you have put in the booking confirmation - business casual) as well I would recommend that the bar tender doesn’t spray the cleaning spray so much that it mists onto my table. Please wait until people are finished eating and it’s closer to closing time to start closing up shop!

   Great experience for a nice Christmas dinner. Friendly staff and excellent service. Buffet food was well presented, flavourful and fresh. There was a nice selection of traditional holiday food with some extra interesting twists. While it wasn't overwhelming large, each item was very well prepared. We loved the bottle of infused water at the table. Of course, with a window seat overlooking the river, the view and ambience was amazing.

   Your app allowed me to make reservations at the River room and this restaurant is closed permanently. Arrived at restaurant and seen sign posted. You’ll need to update your app. Hopefully others are not let down like this from this restaurant or others on your app that have this situation

   10 out of 10. Haven’t been here yet. Sure glad we went. Beautiful bar, delicious appetizers and dinners. Highly recommended

   We really enjoyed breakfast. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and my husband enjoyed the “ Rise and Shine” breakfast! Highly recommend you go there for breakfast!

   It was our first time at the restaurant and I wasn’t sure where to park. I called from the parking lot and was directed to the parking garage on Pitt and told to park on the 3rd floor as there is a walkway to the hotel/restaurant. This made it very convenient and parking was complimentary. The food was excellent and I received a free birthday dessert 😋Great view of the Detroit skyline!!

    Our first time and last time eating at the Riverroom. First off waited quite a while before anyone ackowledged us and brought water or to take our drink order. Margaretta with more ice then liquid. Waited till half our dinner was gone before our server came back to ask if we needed anything, which we did....parm cheese and wine to go with our dinner. The price was to high for what we got and we should have had exceptional service for the price.
