   First time here at River Twist. It was recommended to us, and what a great recommendation it was! My wife had the tuna, my mother in law had swordfish, and I had a veal scallopini special. We all loved our food. My mother in law was the first to ask when are we going back. This restaurant definitely will be one we return to.

   Wonderful choices on Chef's Specials as well as the menu. My entree was delicious and interesting. Sauteed Local Flounder topped with lump crabmeat with saffron butter sauce with capers, fresh parsley OVER local organic zucchini "pasta" cut in 1/4" x 1/8" x 4" strips- cooked al dente - 3 types of squash - added much more flavor (and less calories) than traditional pasta. Topped with fresh white asparagus. Attractively plated. Desserts sounded delicious but I resisted. Finished with a rich decaf cappo. Attentive and knowledgeable wait staff who several times addressed me by my name and sincerely thanked me for coming as I was leaving. Nice ambiance. Looking forward to returning.

   Food presentation was over the top! Shrimp was too much to eat, so we have enough for lunch today. Very enjoyable and we will return.

   The food was very good. I requested different vegetables w my salmon and were provided them. Also one member of our party requested some bread w salad. Was first denied, but then provided without charge, apparently after waitress talked to owner. The waitress expressed “house/chef custom” as reason for denial of how well done lamb would be. Lorraine, owner and wife of the chef, later came to our table and asked about our experience. We had nice discussion and very much appreciated her coming by.

   Great Vero Beach find - love the decor, very vintage retro with a very cool bar. We had the fried chicken liver appetizer with caramelized onions as a garnish. Very large portion and delicious. My husband had the veal special and loved the entire dish, literally cleaned his plate. I had the Seared Beef Tournedos which were cooked perfectly and well paired with the potato, tomato and brussel sprouts. Cocktails were superb - I had two uno momento and the best espresso martini from the dessert menu. All around service was very good - team oriented. Enjoyed date night and we will be back.

   Outstanding dining experience! We have definitely had similar food elsewhere but not as well prepared! We started with the foie gris and the gator bites. They were both delicious. For dinner we both had the lollipop lamb. We paired it with their creative non-alcoholic mock tail and we were completely satisfied. This was a great new find and I look forward to coming back.

   We love River Twist- it's one of the best restaurants in Vero and definitely has the best wine list. The food is always outstanding. Great place for a cocktail too!

    First time dining here, a very relaxing vibe with just enough class. Beautifully prepared meals full of taste. We dined a four course meal beginning with cocktails accompanied with appetizers and ended with bread pudding and coffee. Priced reasonably and nice wine selection that complemented our meals. Definitely plan to return 🤩
