   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ritual, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting and stylish, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Each level had a different theme making us excited to get to the next one. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the fried burrata and bruléed oranges, which was made with love and to perfection. Our server Erin was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. The manager Shakur had a friendly demeanor and genuine passion for providing excellent service making us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, Ritual is a must-visit for anyone in Pittsburgh looking for a fantastic meal in a vibrant atmosphere. I look forward to returning for another wonderfully elevated dining experience!

   We’ve really come to love Ritual House. Ruby sets the gold standard for service and made us feel we were the most important guests tonight. Nick the GM was truly interested in our experience and spent extra time getting to know us. And last but not least…the drunken monkeys!!!

   Cool/ chic ambiance with lively music and great service. My daughter and I are mostly vegetarian and really enjoyed the fried burrata, bruleed oranges, fried green tomatoes and Mexican inspired gnocchi. Drinks were also delicious. Our server was just fabulous.

   Disappointed with the food. For example, the breakfast potatoes very dark in color and you could tell they had been on a steam table.

   We always have a great time at Ritual House. One of the best places in downtown. Service from Vicka was excellent.
