    Been here many times and love it. This time was a little more special because I proposed to my now fiancee! I requested a table by the piano for the perfect romantic vibe. Pete, the pianist, played a special song for us when requested. We danced by our table for a minute before I got down on one knee and did the thing. Laura, the host, was a great, secret photographer for our special moment. George, our server, did an excellent job and all the food was amazing as always!

    Our waiter was John. He was very knowledgeable and professional in all respects. He was very patient with me since I have a hearing problem. The food was excellent and we sat upstairs which has a glass partition to keep it quiet. Want to go back again to experience the piano bar, excellent ambience and mature crowd.

    Everything was very good. Bar service was fantastic. Table service could have been better. Server took long to approach the table , asked if we wanted menus??? Isnt it assumed I need one when I sit at a table? Overall he did his job but not much more. Thought it was unusual that gratuity was automatically added to the bill for a party of 3. Food was very good and the atmosphere enjoyable.

    It was our Wedding Anniversary, and they sat us in front of the Piano Player. We loved it. The dessert was brought out with a candle on it, while the piano player, played Happy Anniversary. Great service and atmosphere.

    The food was really great. The shrimp cocktail was a bit soft. The shrimp were very large. The taste was good but the texture was slightly off… soft…. The steak au poivre was excellent, roasted artichokes were great, and the mudd pie desert was amazing. My friend had filet mignon cooked perfectly medium rare and bacon as the appetizer which I tasted and it was incredible. For dessert her cream brûlée was perfect. Lemon drop martini was fantastic. Her “bee sting” was delightful.

    This was the night before Thanksgiving and the restaurant was no where near full...but we struggled to get our waiter's attention.

    Always excellent. The food is first class, the service attentive and the ambience is warm , welcoming and inviting. One can have a civilized conversation and enjoy the wonderful pianist. Best steakhouse in Phila.

    I love the restaurant. The people are super friendly and professional and they always come around to check up on you. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family one of my favorite restaurants. I will go there a thousand times again. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
