Questo poteva succedere solo nel centro storico del capoluogo piemontese, in via S. Francesco da Paola, a due passi dal parco del Valentino. È in questo contesto artistico e naturale unico che il Ristrot Guviol impiatta meraviglie per gli occhi e per il palato, come tartare di tonno con crema di mango, corallo al nero di seppia e punte di asparagi e polpo ubriaco su crema di ceci al rosmarino, in un locale assolutamente suggestivo e condito da un pizzico di stile urban chic.

We had an excellent time - the food was delicious, with the right balance of authenticity and creativity, and the service very efficient and friendly.

Attentive and polite staff. Both their ‘Caprese Style Scallop’ antipasti and their ‘Between Land and Sea’ Deer secondi were sublime and perfectly cooked. I was also fortunate to taste their ‘Pigeon of Memories’ pigeon secondi too, which was impressive. We paired our meal with a bottle of 2021 St Michael-Eppan Gerwürtzraminer. A great find in Torino Centro and definitely worth a revisit.

Lots of unique combinations. Caper powder, tomato crumble etc. creative kitchen for the adventurous palate.

I could not have had a better experience, all the recommendations and the extras provided by the staff made me feel so welcome. The dishes I had were equal parts creative and delicious. This was my favorite meal this year!
