10/10 restaurant in San Fran for Italian cuisine. The staff is amazingly lovely and personable. The food was absolutely incredible and authentic - we will recommend this place to anyone visiting San Fran! Thanks so much for a lovely dinner and celebratory night.

Everything was great. Wonderful fresh Italian fare. We haven’t been in a few years since it’s out of our neighborhood. But now I remember why we made the trek over there. We will be back very soon.

The place and the service are phenomenal, very cozy and romantic atmosphere. The wine selection is fantastic and at a very understandable price. The appetizers were good but not essential for a great experience, and that is referring to the capresse salad and the calamari. The capresse was delicious but nothing out of the ordinary, it could easily attain the standard of the restaurant by adding a hint of truffle or smokiness. The grilled calamari had a mouthwatering smokiness but the beans that accompanied it were slightly undercooked. On the other hand the pork chop and pastas are out of this world, some of the best quality Italian main courses in SF. They were very helpful accommodating vegetarian food preferences and the tiramisu is outstanding, perfectly balanced and a large portion. Overall, I would give it a 9,5 / 10, hats off to ristorante Milano

Delicious meal and charming spot. Got the meat sauce fettuccini (came back just for this) and the seasonal ravioli. Absolutely phenomenal we ate every bite!!

Ristorante Milano is always delightful and delicious!! The four of us enjoyed salads and Bressaola appetizers, then veal special with eggplant, the calamari & gnocchi. All were yummy!

By far the best swordfish I’ve ever had. You can taste the difference because they use quality ingredients. We also shared a plate of gnocchi for an appetizer and it was delicious. This is a great local find.

I had their special scallopini (veal). My friend had the lamb shank. We shared an arugula salad. We each had dessert. It was all outstanding and reasonable! People were very nice and accommodating.

We always make it a point to eat here whenever we visit San Francisco. It’s the only place I’ll order gnocchi from! Service is excellent & we love the atmosphere. Truly feels like you’re having dinner at your favorite Italian uncle’s house.
