Jede Stadt hat seine gastronomischen Legenden - eine Hand voll Restaurants, die wegen ihrer ausgezeichneten Küche und ihres unvergleichlichen Services seit Jahrzehnten Bestand haben und die einfach jeder kennt. Das Ristorante Etrusca in Köln gehört zu diesen kleinen Legenden.

Zunächst mag es vielleicht ein wenig befremden, was ein Edeleitaliener im Kölner Studentenviertel zu suchen hat. Doch gerade hier im Kwatier Latäng findet sich das ein oder andere Gourmetrestaurant und außerdem gibt es das Etrusca schon ganz ganz lange. Das Besondere überdauert nun einmal die Zeit.
