    Tonight we had dinner and left super disappointed. We love to dine at Rick Erwin’s and drive close to 45 minutes to dine with them. Tonight we were greeted quickly by our server assistant, brought water and our server was soon to follow. We never again saw our server assistant and more than one occasion had no water for the table. One of our diners had alcohol but the other two did not and spent most of the meal with no beverages. This in my opinion spending over $100 a person is unacceptable. It made our experience tonight very disappointing. Our food was delicious but service was not acceptable for that level of establishment.

    Food was exceptional. Prepared exactly as expected. Bradley was our server. Amazing young man. The other staff treated us well, very professional. Highly recommend the venue.

    Enjoyable and so delicious. We started with Oysters on the Half Shell, which were so fresh (PI). Our main course was the special. Spare Ribs with Collard Greens & Black Eyed Peas. All cooked to perfection. Arden and RJ took excellent care of us. This is our favorite upscale restaurant in the Upstate!

    The staff was incredible - Payton and Dickson and Chloe and May were all so professional and so caring. They anticipated our needs and made the night magical. We will definitely be going back!

    We showed up about 45 mins early to hang out at the bar and have a couple of drinks before dinner. The hostess was very nice and notified us when our table was ready. Our waiter was OUTSTANDING! Food was great and the dining room felt cozy and welcoming. In the past we were Larkins people, but after they changed locations and the entire vibe of the restaurant we didn’t care for it anymore. This is definitely our new place! Loved the experience!

    Although Rick Irwin’s is usually one of our favorites, this visit was so disappointing. Service was not good, and if I’m being honest, this is one of the main reasons we usually enjoy it. The server repeatedly forgot items (drinks, bread, sugar for coffee, etc). Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the meal when we were always missing something. Not what you expect at a restaurant like this. Since you pay top dollar, you expect service to match. We likely won’t be back unfortunately.
