   Really not sure how to leave a review here I made reservations showed up early and the hostess was actually very indifferent that we were there and rude. She seated us. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to even get water and nobody ever did so I left.

   The only issue we seem to have is that we are always seated by a full table of loud women which is very annoying when there are other empty tables available. Please stop doing this. I would like to be able to hear the person I am dining with.

   I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. Our server was rude and prematurely removed our drinks while we were still enjoying them, seemingly because the staff was ready to leave for the night. This was incredibly disappointing as there were still other patrons present. Additionally, the reservation system needs adjustment. Reservations should stop at 7:45 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m. to allow guests adequate time to enjoy their meal. Upon our arrival, we were informed we had only 15 minutes to place our order before the kitchen closed, which felt rushed and unwelcoming. While the ambiance was undeniably beautiful, the food was subpar, further adding to the disappointment. Unfortunately, this was my first and, sadly, last visit. I hope you’ll consider these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

   This was my first time visiting RH and it was horrible. I’m pretty sure the other tables that had our waiter was attending to were very happy with all the attention but we didn’t get the same level of attention if any really. We spoke with him just 3 times the entire evening. The last time was to bring use the check. Making it the forth. We kept having to ask other to help us and they only helped call the waiter. Manager was not useful either since all she did was call the waiter to make sure to visit the table. Simply one of the worst places to visit in oak brook I would say and never suggest this place.

   Very pricey for what you get. Went for lunch. Had two sandwiches and split a French fries with my friend. No alcohol, appetizer or dessert. Bill came and it was $100. Very Pricey

   Service was slow brought out entrées one at a time waited for a The last entrée that was a salad. Rest of the meals were cold by the time that came out. had to keep asking for water. Also was disappointed in the lack of festive decorations for the holidays.

   Service is always slow. Seated for over 20 minutes before a server came by. Caviar was dumped in the creme fraiche so we could not taste the caviar. It should have been served separately. We had asian cabbage salad and they forgot to dress it so it was dry and bland until we asked for dressing. The fried Artichoke was good and crispy. The aioli paired well. The beef dip sandwich was flavorful. Received sweet potato fries when we ordered regular fries. Lots of small errors the entire meal. Hosts were very busy chitchatting and were not friendly to customers.
