   RH Rooftop Review Service: Our server Leini was friendly, accommodating, and approachable. What stood out was the teamwork among the staff—other servers were willing to help, not just focused on their assigned tables. This collaborative effort truly enhanced the experience. Food: •Roadside Lobster Roll with Caviar (extra $$$): Absolutely phenomenal. The caviar perfectly complemented the lobster roll, adding a luxurious touch. The portion size is just right for fine dining and worth every bite. •Shaved Ribeye Dip: Delicious, though not particularly unique. While I enjoyed it, I found myself wishing I had ordered my wife’s lobster roll instead. Still, splitting two different dishes gave us the chance to explore the menu. Sides: Both the French fries and potato fries were great additions. They were satisfying and complemented the meals, especially when one dish had a smaller portion size. Dessert: The Banana Split with salted caramel was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and downright indulgent. A must-try! Coffee: The Mocha Cappuccino with oat milk was disappointing. It tasted like stale brewed coffee. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until later since I took it to go, but it’s not something I’d order again. Overall: The experience was wonderful. I’d definitely return to enjoy the lobster roll with caviar, banana split dessert, and explore other menu options.

   This restaurant is top notch. Service is amazing, food is great, ambience is stunning. Our server Scarlett was so accommodating and pleasant. Will definitely visit again.

   A lot of noise but food was very good except the butterscotch brûlée. Waitress was very nice and kind and so were all the hosts.

   My family and I just went for apps drinks and desserts and they were very accommodating and kind! This experience was everything I expected and more. The cortado was one of the best ones I’ve ever had! Very impressed with every aspect of this place.

   I don't mind paying $135 for three hamburgers, french fries and one glass of wine, but I expect good service. One hamburger came out incorrectly and did not come back out until everyone else was finished eating. The french fries came out wrong, truffle fries instead of plain fries for my kids. When I asked for ketchup, (why did I have to ask for ketchup with a hamburger and french fries?) it took more than 5 minutes to get ketchup. All of the servers involved do that things were not going well yet we never saw a manager. Unacceptable.

   We had a wonderful time with server Nicole. I removed one star for my broccolini being cold and my medium well steak being overcooked. I’d definitely come back though! I wish they served bread and butter while waiting on food to reach the table though.

   I always have to remind myself with restaurants with ambiance & opulence, the food isn’t the best; however, the service was superb and the AMBIANCE was very grand. One thing I wasn’t a fond of, they close the stairs at 9pm; therefore, you can’t take photos which I thought was odd. Food was bland and unseasoned, but the drinks (Rose Spirtz), delightful!

   I am on a mission to visit all RH rooftop restaurants NYC my hometown is my favorite. However, I think the positions have shifted since dining at the CLT location. 1. CLT 2. NYC 3. San Francisco 4. Palo Alto CLT’s food was outstanding and the customer service far surpasses any location I’ve been to. Chicago is up next let’s see if CLT holds the #1 spot.
