Service was very poor, even though the food was quite good. This is the second time that we've had poor service at Revival. The server completely forgot to bring us tastes of wine that we had requested when we ordered our meal, for which we had to ask another server to help us 10 to 15 minutes later. Then there was inadequate follow-up from our waiter after we were served, just to check in to see how we were doing. The food was very good, but they need to make some inroads in the quality of their service.

The service was stellar, the food, especially the Arancini and special pizza was excellent. My only complaint was that we were there early, only a couple other tables in the whole place had customers, but they sat another group at the closest table to us, raising the noise level significantly in our otherwise empty restaurant.

Great place for drinks a meal. Very popular and has a nice vibe. I had the salmon which was good but not overwhelming. The cocktails and service was awesome.

The food was pretty good, but maybe not as good as I had hoped. It was pretty loud and somewhat stuffy (warm). Serevers were extremely nice and given the amount of business did a good job. Some mixups with one of our dishes led to one person not having food for about 10 minutes after the rest of us got our food. First time there, and likely won’t go back…just enough odd things to make it a less than smooth experience. I also tried to contact them the day of reservation to see if we could add someone, but didn’t hear back from an email and a call. Again, nothing was bad, but enough stuff was off that we might as well try other places.

Excellent service! It was quiet when we arrived at 5:00PM A server gave us menus and asked for drink orders. We ordered drinks and told our server that we were expecting a third person. He answered our menu questions but was fine waiting for our orders until our guest arrived. What was even more unexpected but very welcomed: He did not rush us at the end of our meal when we realized we had at least 30 minutes before we needed to walk down the street to the Freight. It was pouring rain and even though the restaurant was busy, he encouraged us to stay until we needed to leave.
