Faustino Restaurant, in the heart of the historic centre of Ciutadella. Let yourself be seduced, in an exceptional setting, by the cuisine of its restaurant and its chef Matías Salvia, with a gastronomic proposal in which the product is always the protagonist.

Contemporary cuisine with Mediterranean touches, always prioritising the KM0 product, buying from local farmers and fishermen, as well as using the products from the restaurant's own vegetable garden.

The place, a 17th century palace, with its vaulted ceilings, its magnificent patio with garden and live piano; the attentive, friendly and close treatment of its staff; and above all the quality, healthy product and the excellent culinary elaborations of the chef.

                                                                    We have had a mediocre experience, the food was average and in some cases not really good - like overcooked risotto and veggies - very limited choice uncomfortable chairs poor illumination- not atmosphere just poor light, we asked to light up the little candle in the table they said it was not possible , very disappointing overall experience for a however premium price . We had sent an email saying it was a special occasion - our 25th - but there has been no sign of effort to make our stay a bit more special

                                                                    Service pressé et pressant pour pouvoir effectuer leur deuxième service. Tout est en option et se rajoute à l’addition: pain, garniture….. Le menu dégustation doit être commandé 24h à l’avance alors que ce sont les mêmes plats qu’à la carte. Certaines entrées n’étaient pas disponibles car pas encore prêtes! Ce veut être une grande table, mais pas encore au niveau. Plats bien présentés et bons.

                                                                    Best Restaurant Experience in all of menorca! The food is fantastic! Very well sourced ingredients! The staff are very welcoming and hospitable! The location is wonderful! Truly tranquil and unforgettable! The live piano is a particularly nice touch! Highly recommended!

                                                                    The setting in the garden and the pianist are excellent. The service to begin with was good but tailed off into the night. The bottle of wine we ordered failed to appear and we had to ask twice for it to be served - it eventually arrived halfway through our main meal. At the end of the meal we had to ask twice for the bill. Surprising as by then the restaurant was quite quiet. The food was tasty but very overpriced - starters were advised as ‘to share’ but the amount served was small. None of the dishes were very hot by the time they were served. This was all very disappointing after a great experience there last year.
