The owners Chef Eric Garand of 25 years of experience promises that everything is homemade, using local produce.     Le réveillon du Nouvel An était excellent. La Taverne est à son meilleur lorsqu'elle organise ce genre d'événements.

    Vous êtes tellement adorables tout les deux. Vous faites partie de nos clients chouchou depuis les débuts de la Taverne. Vous êtes des fidèles et vous appréciez vraiment ce qu'on fait et sa nous touche beaucoup. Vous êtes deux belles personnes on vous aimes beaucoup.     C’était notre première fois à la Taverne 1855. Nous avons aimé notre expérience et tout était parfais pour ce qui est de l’ambiance, le service et le repas. On a bien aimé la musique Bref, c’était notre coup de cœur en ce temps des fêtes! Merci et à la prochaine
