   Très bon restaurant! La décoration était magnifique. La serveuse Sabine nous a conseillé un bon mocktail au ananas à déguster.

   Nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant d’être servis, malgré le fait que la serveuse n’avait que deux tables. Elle nous a regardés mais n’a même pas dit bonjour jusqu’à ce que je demande à un commis de lui signaler que nous attendions. J’étais avec ma fille et j’ai essayé de garder mon calme pour passer un bon moment. Nous avons commandé trois plats, mais la serveuse nous a demandé au moins trois fois ce que nous avions commandé parce qu’elle ne prenait pas de notes. Au final, nous n’avons reçu que deux des trois plats que nous avions commandés à partager. La nourriture était médiocre. J’y suis déjà allé, mais après cette expérience, je n’y retournerai jamais. Elle a proposé de s’occuper du plat qui n’était pas arrivé à la table et de l’emballer pour ma fille, car c’était celui qu’elle attendait. Cependant, j’ai tout de même laissé un pourboire de 25 % pour un "service" que je n’avais ni demandé ni voulu.

   This restaurant is truly the best! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional. It’s my second time here and I’d come back without a doubt!

   The service was phenomenal and the food was outstanding. We were hesitant to ask but did end up politely asking to move to a quieter/cozier area and the server made it a smooth process. The explanation of the origin and background concept behind the restaurant was interesting. The bao buns, sushi, waygu sliders were perfectly cooked. We also loved the angry chicken! The view of the spa and twinkly lights was lovely.😊 Everything was reasonably priced too:)

   Excellent everything every time!! We booked a double date with friends that have never been to Kato, they were blown away with the quality of food, ambiance and service! Eloise is FANTASTIC! Thank you for making our experience even better.
