   We loved every part of this experience. The setting and atmosphere were unique and peace. The food was incredible… one of the best meals we’ve ever enjoyed. I’d read the reviews about being able to cut their filet with just a fork, so I put that to the test and ordered the filet. It was the best steak I’ve ever had, and indeed could be cut with just my fork. My husband had the Special of MahiMahi and loved it. Sides of mashed potatoes/gravy and creamed spinach were perfect, too. My husband had cheesecake for dessert and enjoyed it, and I had the bonzo cake (chocolate heaven in my mouth). It was incredible. We LOVED this place and will absolutely be back!

   We were delighted with the entire experience! The food was delicious, the service was superb and the ambiance made our anniversary dinner very special. We chose an early dinner reservation before anyone else arrived. The hostess & our server were delightful to talk to regarding our food choices & the history of the mansion. We will be back to stay in a room when we come back to Vicksburg! The next visit we will try another food choice on the menu. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality & making us feel so special.

   This place is simply amazing for a romantic dinner! They meticulously followed my instructions for the anniversary surprise. The staff, service, and food were all exceptional. I highly recommend it to couples who enjoy traditional dinners.

   Just a quick overnight trip, we stayed in the Mansion, great food and service in the restaurant. Shrimp and Grits, and Pork Ribeye, highly recommend this establishment!

   Best Pork Rib I've ever had! Service was superb. Clean linens, quiet setting and well appointed table. We enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you for providing an exquisite meal, lovely surrounding and attentive, but not intrusive service to us and our guest.

   We had the pleasure of celebrating New Year’s Eve by dining at Anchuca, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Their attentiveness throughout the evening was exceptional. The highlight of the meal for me was the steak—it was easily the best I’ve had in a long time! Perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, it was an absolute delight. My wife ordered the mahi, and she couldn’t stop raving about how fresh and flavorful it was. The sides were equally impressive, perfectly paired to complement our main dishes. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall excellence of the meal. Anchuca delivered a dining experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

   We love Anchuca restaurant. It is in a beautiful antebellum mansion B&B. The food and service was excellent. Right after being served drinks and appetizers a severe storm with a tornado swept through and the power went out. We were ushered to a safe space until it was over and then given the choice to stay and finish our meal in candlelight or leave. So glad we stayed and had one of the most delicious meals ever. We will certainly return next time we are in Vicksburg.

    We absolutely love eating at Anchuca. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere relaxing. The server and staff and always welcoming and professional.
