   To be honest the experience was made amazing because of our server Marina. We were ignored by our waitress and so I called her over to order our drinks. She was lovely, apologized and took our order and then kept our table. She was sweet and very authentic. Food was very good. And the room was very well designed and super comfortable. A wide range of seating options/style. It would have received 4 stars - if it wasn’t for the great experience Marina gave.

   Great service and food but we like the vibe. It’s an intimate experience with a few kids that ruin it a bit. But I understand it’s a restaurant in a hotel.

   I don't understand why they have a cover charge? People will spend more at your restaurant if you didn't charge the 10 dollar entrance fee.

   Food was overall good, the striplion was overcooked though. Service was a bit slow and they were out of a few of the beers from the menu. The noise was level was good for chatting but once the band started it was super loud and couldn’t really talk anymore.

   A nice little hotel restaurant, but It is far too pricey for the food being offered. However, the waitresses were great, and certianly provided great service! They really do need to put a sign above the "exit" door, as it is the first one you see when you walk into the hotel, so everyone ends up entering there first, only to find that the reception desk for the restaurant is at the other entrance! Hehehe

   Food and ambience here is excellent. Our server was fantastic but appeared she was working alone thus we sat for a long time waiting for coffee/ dessert etc. there were what appeared to be two managers sitting folding linens and talking and I eventually asked them for service. I believe they should have helped their server by being aware and stepping in sooner. We have eaten here for dinners too and the live music and food is excellent - this was perhaps a one off issue.
