We love Region but were underwhelmed last night when we stopped in to celebrate a milestone and were happy to have a reservation. The ribeye steak was unusually fatty. The seabass wasn’t on point like it usually is, it was undercooked and one of the sauces was missing (the orange one that is usually dotted on the plate wasn’t there at all) and the presentation was sloppy. The clothesline bacon was undercooked and soft all the way through. Region is one of our favorites but last night was a disappointment.

Outstanding food and environment. Fish was outstanding, meat excellent, drinks supurb, environment the best. I am sick of restaurants undercooking meat to "prove" they are sophisticated. "Medium Rare is what "Rare" was 10 years ago. I like it rare to medium rare; but high end restaurants keep pushing it more rare - IMO so they aren't "judged" on being unsophisticated. It's becoming absurd today - for ALL high end restaurants lean in this direction. We need to develop a legit standard.

Went on Valentine’s Day and everything was amazing. The food was incredible as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the staff is always on top of everything, and always such a great experience. I wish we had more restaurants in the area of this level. This is always our go to spot for any special occasion.
