RedFarm brings a greenmarket sensibility to modern and inventive Chinese food and super-charged dim sum complemented by a modern, rustic décor. Chef Joe Ng’s menu takes a clean, fresh approach to Chinese food. Signature items include clever dim sum creations for which Ng is known: Pac Man dumplings; pork & crab soup dumplings; and pan-fried lamb dumplings. Modern takes on classic main dishes includes remarkably tender marinated rib steak with steamed baby bok choy, spicy steamed sea bass and our world-renowned Peking Duck, with homemade pancakes and 3 sauces.

    Out of everything we ordered only one dish was excecuted well. And it gave me a stomach ache. We have been to the NY location and it was excellent. Needless to say we will not go back.

    We enjoyed the Jasmine pearl Old Fashioned’s. The peking duck and veg fried rice was delicious. The shrimp shumai was on point. I would love to go back and try other dim sum. Service was slow and could be better. Restaurant gets loud at peak dining.

    First time visiting and will definitely return. Sonny, our server, was very knowledgeable of the food and answered all out questions. Manager Nicholas personally came to our table to welcome us.

    Great new spot. We swung and whiffed on the sea bass but everything else was very good. We’ll definitely return.
