    Horrible!! I asked for well done steak. It wae crawling off my plate raw!! Server was slow!! 15 to 20 minutes to get a drink . Ask for biscuits took 20 minutes. When we talked to the manager he really didn't seem to care. Gave me 5.00 off our total bill. He seem rather put off by our problem.

    Hostess was very rude and said that tables booked online didn’t really give a reservation. Priority seating meant nothing snd still had to put name on list once we arrived. 55 min wait for a “priority” seating reservation. 🤷‍♀️ service was ok once we got seated but I wouldn’t recommend booking a table because it isn’t really a reservation.

    Outside of the fact it is a chain restaurant, not a bad seafood experience. The food is usually a bit over cooked and too much butter, but edible. Our server was a hoot.

    Poorly managed. Servers, food runners out of sync; no managers in sight. Food was fine, but not great and service was poor. Suggest you go somewhere else in Waco.
