    Craving Walt’s Shrimp. Excellent!!! Ice cold salad w ranch and an excellent loaded potato . Confusing menu and no patrons. I miss the old Red Lobster commercials and a crowded restaurant. However, the food and service were excellent. If it’s been awhile since your last visit, give it a try. I think you’ll have a nice meal.

    Food was good - as expected. Service was acceptable, friendly. Biggest issue was issue with wine. Not many choices, but worst thing was they were out of most on the last. Accept the fact that this is not a wine kind of place, but come on - if you list it, have at least half of it!

    2 items on the endless shrimp menu were not available, which was disappointing. The waitress was good, she anticipated our need for more shrimp and asked if we would another order of shrimp every time she came to the table. Shrimp was adequately seasoned and hot. The person greeting the customers needs to be professionally dressed instead of street clothes.

    Food was delicious but the service was exceptionally slow. Our Server Emma had a fantastic attitude and she was apologetic for the slow service. She was the only server for all of the tables in our section of the restaurant. The restaurant needs to work on hiring and properly training and equipping their staff to multi task and handle their tables properly. We were grateful that Emma showed up and did her best.

    The facility had a note once you entered stating that they were short staffed but will be with us shortly. All the staff truly worked together in spite of their challenge. They were professional and kind. They wanted to ensure that we had a great experience. Very refreshing that there are restaurants with employees who care about the customer. Since COVID that has been limited at other facilities.
