We had a wonderful experience. Our server was busy but tried his hardest to be attentive. Biscuits were always warm and fresh! The ONLY issue we had was lipstick on the wine glass. While we didn’t make a fuss about it, this is truly a pet peeve of mine. There’s absolutely no reason for this. It passes through no less than 3 hands from the last person to us. The dishwasher or busser should be wiping off lipstick/chapstick on the glasses before they get washed as they rarely if ever come out in the wash. Then the bartender touches it to pour the wine, it’s not hard for them to take a look before giving it to the server. At that point the server can take a quick look. This is one of those it takes a moment of mindfulness, and it’s easy to do. Everything else was great!

Food was overpriced and not great. No good beers in stock. Didn’t have silverware until we asked. Took a long time to check on us. Biscuits are the only good thing about this place

My daughter and I shared an ultimate feast with brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted wonderful. The serves made it even better. Not usually a Red Lobster fan, but we had a gift card and gave it another try. Pleasantly please! Again service was wonderful. It can make or break the experience.

Terrible service. Had empty drinks when she brought our food and didn’t see her again until she checked to see if we were done.

We haven’t been here in years due to an unfavorable experience. We thought we’d give it another go and we’re glad we did! They sat us in the bar area, I was concerned we wouldn’t get service, but the bartender was very attentive and nice. The food was great, service was great, we’ll be back!

Food was as expected, very good. I was especially pleased with the server, Ed, and at the speed our meals being served. Ed was proactive with his service.

our server did the bare minimum. while she wasn't bad, seeing the server next to us who gave very friendly, time and help to her tables didn't make ours better. she barely spoke to us other than rush over, take our order, drop food to immediately leave without asking if we needed anything else. While this isn't 'bad', for a meal that is over $100, I would hope our server would be deserving of a 15% tip. I prefer to give at least 20%, I gave 18% but in reality, her service didn't warrant it.
