    Great service, LB at the bar was awesome. Very curtious. Our server Alex was very prompt and tentative. Great attitude and friendly. Overall great night.

    Food was exactly as expected and the waitress was nice. However, even though it says reservations in app that is a lie. It is actually call ahead. It moves you up the wait list but for busier days it is a lie and you still wait up to an hour last your reservation time to be seated. There is no warning or message in the app to this. Secondly, they were so over full that just getting drinks took 20 minutes as the waitress had far too many tables to keep up. We will never be back during a holiday or special day.

    Our waiter/bartender Brandon was fantastic. It was busy but he was on top of everything...we even saw him helping at To Go

    We stopped at Red Lobster for dinner on Super Bowl Sunday around 4 pm. We had the best service we have ever had at a restaurant before. The waitress was superb, caring, timely and very friendly. Our food was delicious and we will definitely be back for more.

    Had a coupon and gift card so we thought we’d give Red Loster a try. Lobster fest was on the menu. I had the lobster and shrimp tacos. They were awesome! My wife had sirloin and lobster tail. She enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was very attentive. Very good experience and we will definitely dine here again.

    Waited 25 minutes for bar to prepare our drinks. Lobster tail was extremely overcooked and tasteless, charged $1.99 for side salad that has always been available to choose as one of the dinner sides. Wasn’t informed of the upcharge until the bill was received; was told that this just changed this week. Should have been advised when ordered. Was not a good experience for the price paid.

    The food was not good, my father who is 83 years old was looking forward to me taking him to Red Lobster and he was very disappointed with the food and had an upset stomach. My food was ok, nothing special.
