   We feel is was overbooked & understaffed. Poor management. We arrived at our scheduled reservation and were told we had to wait for a table. Our waiter was good really tried his best to give us the best service with what he had to work with. Would stop and would be honest about how sorry he was with the long wait. All in all we do have to say our food was delicious.

   Fantastic food from the appetizer of coconut shrimp to the ice cream and chocolate sauce for our birthday adult boy. The waiter was funny and at the same time very efficient and attentive. We had a great time and went home totally stuffed with food left over. By the way, the freshly baked biscuits are the best ever. They are freshly baked and then brought out to the table.

   It was a Friday night and the bartender was not handling it well, snippy with me. I believe this small area needed 2 bartender/waiters to help each other. We were there 1-1/2 hours and a lot of it was waiting! The food could have been better as it is usually very good.

   There are 2 Red Lobster locations that do a great job: the IH35 location and the Hwy 281 location. The manager and team workers care about hospitality. The service and the food is really good.

   Red Lobster is a standard for good fresh seafood dinners, always enjoy going to restaurant, and this location in San Antonio always has good service and prompt service, been many times and will continue to go here in the future.

   Starting from the time we arrived the reception was great the waitress was friendly and had great suggestions from the menu and last but not least the food was amazingly delicious
