   Disappointing. The lobster fest dish my wife and I ate did NOT resemble the photographs on the menu. I didn't even know lobsters were allowed to be harvested that small of size, as the tails seemed what I would describe as "micro". We did not drink alcohol and our bill after tax and tip was over $200.00 for our family of 4. It took nearly 45 minutes for our order, and I never got one of my sides and gave up and asked for the check. We normally go once a year to Red Lobster to have lobster on a special occasion. We both skip the cheese biscuits due to dietary reasons now, and we both left hungry and actually heated up some food and ate when we got home. I will never return - there are too many locally-owned restaurants that I can eat at that are a fraction of the cost.

   We love Red Lobster. Disappointed in the lobster bisque. It was gone now back and not good at all. Everything else delicious.

   The district manager served us our food and the service and food was Stellar!! We were happy that they were open for the holiday and everything was exceptional.

   When we arrived at 7:10 for our 7:15 preferred seating time we were the only ones in the waiting area. Checked in under our name and said we will be seated soon-getting our table ready. While waiting, several tables came in and were seated. One table of 6 came in around 7:25 said they had preferred seating through open table too. They were immediately seated. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated for our table of 6. When we sat, there were 5 tables dirty around us and remained that way for almost our entire dinner. Service was excellent and he did a great job. Just wasn’t ran well in front and no busboy. Probably won’t return to that location.

   This is the problem when restaurants are publicly traded companies - they need to report a good quarterly report with some growth preferable. Growth means new customers, more sales, or cost cutting. The size of the lobster tail I order each year on Christmas Eve gets smaller, and smaller and smaller… I vote to change the name to ”The Red Crawdad”. Service was good, cheddar biscuits excellent, value - not so much.

    Salad came out after the entree. Waited 25 minutes for my Cabernet. I was brought a Chardonnay. I told the waitress I ordered a Cabernet and he informed me that this was a white Cabernet. I am a wine connoisseur! Terrible, terrible service.
