For a birthday celebration, I made reservations at Red Lobster. At the door, I advised the lady at the front door that I had made reservations through Open Table. She replied that they did not take reservations. Since the restaurant was not crowded, this was not a problem. But, I could see where it may be a problem for someone else at another time. Food was fine, the service was very good, perhaps the restaurant needs an interior "make over." But, taken on the whole, it was pleasant.
