I loved walking in and being seated right away!! no line no wait! our server was great and kinda attentive! she had a lot of tables so I understood the waits. will be going back soon!!

Red Lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. However, this lunch did not live up to previous experiences. The main reason is that our waitress was very slow which in turn meant that the food wasn't piping hot when it was served. Now-a-days, there is a device on your table so that you can pay your bill with your credit card. I don't like this device because I couldn't see the bill (maybe the itemization was available and I didn't realize it). I also don't like the way the restaurant includes % options for tip, and the tip is based on the cost AFTER tax is added in rather than pre-tax the way it should be.
