This was my first and last visit to a Read Lobster. The server was aloof, rude and had zero knowledge of Celiac safety procedures. I requested a menu with gluten friendly options and was given several sheets of paper with nutrition facts like calories, fat, etc. She was clueless that a Celiac cannot digest gluten or even what gluten was! Of the three things on the menu I decided were relatively risk free I ordered the filet. It came out charred & crispy and nearly black! Clearly the cooks are no better than the service staff. Clearly there were no efforts to prevent cross contamination bc I have been sick since dinner! My friend had to send her salmon back three times bc it was under cooked. Each time took far too long to bring it back.

The service is usually good at this location but the quality of the food is going down hill. I would rather spend a little more on a steak as long as it is good. Their steaks are almost to the point of not being edible.

I enjoyed the seafare feast and she had the cajin chicken Alfredo . Added clam chowder soup and cheese sticks. We left happy and full.

Red lobster never disappoints. The cheddar bay biscuits fresh from the oven. The frozen drinks are delish. My fav is the pick 3 which is a great value with lots of options to choose from. I never seem to make it to dessert so i couldn't tell you how their desserts are.

The manager tried to tell me that my reservation wasn’t valid. I argued with him and he finally did get us in. He says you don’t take reservations but that’s what open table is.
