   Food was ok. Lovely service but slow. Meal took over 2 hours. Music was very loud. Restaurant cold. Too expensive for quality of food

   Our server was awesome, very attentive! Food was hot when served! Enjoyed our dinner very much! Best shrimp cocktail ever!

   Great food, waiters were working extra jobs so it was a bit slow, but the food was quick and hot, everything we needed was brought as soon as mentioned.

   It was a slow Thursday night with the exception of the very loud table next to us. Children crawling in the floor and squealing to the top of their lungs. No one caring in the world. Took forever to get our food even though they were pretty empty. I'm sure short staffed. Food was pretty good. Might be awhile before I go back. Unfortunately. I like Red Lobster as a whole, so I hate to see restaurants that used to be busy and successful go down hill, but I think Covid has had a major impact on everything.

   We went for my birthday and it had been a long time since I'd been and it was delicious! Our server, Samantha was outstanding! She was very attentive and we had excellent service!

   I had open table reservations for 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 to check in for my table and was told there were 7 parties ahead and my party of 5 would be seated in 30-35 minutes. We continues to wait for 45 minutes before asking for an update and we’re told that we were the next to be seated. 15 more minutes passed and two other parties were seated before us. Over an hour after my table was scheduled for we were finally seated. It took over 25 minutes for our appetizer and salads to arrive to our table. We waited another 45 minutes for our main course all while having empty drinks needing refilled the entire time. In total, we were at the restaurant for over three hours. Extremely disappointed with the service

   Checking in, the hostess stated they don’t use Open Table so that was confusing since they’re on the app. However it wasn’t busy so we were seated fairly quickly.
