   Came here on valentines Day. Everything thing was hectic. There must have been 5 other parties with the same reservation time as us..took at leat 2 hrs to get our food by that time we were full off biscuits those were hot and tasty..my husband was a upset that our waiter put his hand on my shoulder as he explained the delay ...and the guy cleaning off the table was rushing to take our plates and we weren't done eating..at that point we just left this was my first time to Red Lobster maybe another location would be better

   Nothing to tell, we never even got a chance to be seated. Our reservation was for 6 :30 and due to weather we did arrive a little bit later, but much like every other person who was there on time for their reservation we were all told that it would be at least a minimum 1 hour additional Wait time just to be seated, on a major dining holiday such as Valentine's Day to have a reservation not be able to be honored, and have countless others in the same position is grossly negligent management. There were tables that were readily empty and nobody was being seated. If this was a staffing issue, then that is on the management to ensure proper staffing and if they cannot then they need to step up and get on the floor. At the very minimum they could acknowledge if that was the issue, but they offered no explanation for these delays. Very disappointed, and we will not be going back to this restaurant again, we left after finding out that it would be a wait of a minimum 1 hour, not even up to an hour but a minimum of an hour, and found ourselves eating in an almost empty barbecue restaurant nearby that was the only place that had no wait. They tried to state that many tables were lingering longer after they had already eaten, and this is when the management needs to step up and advise their tables that they need to be cleared for waiting guests.

   The food was delicious but the drinks are overpriced. Braxton was an excellent waiter and very attentive.

   Food was great as always and service was not good as usual. Had to get up out of my seat to go to the bar to even get a refill on my drink.

   Red Lobster is iconic! We went since many locations are closing to crush some cheddar bay biscuits before it's too late. I was genuinely surprised by our service and the food! The server was outstanding! Our food was out quickly and cooked perfect! I hope this location can hang in there!

    WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! LITERALLY HAD TO BEG FOR OUR DRINKS, WATER, FOOD. WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD AFTER 2.5 HOURS WAITING FOR OUR FOOD WE JUST LEFT! STAY CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A RESTAURANT
